507 recipes
A browse answers "what does this recipe need". If the question underneath it is a different one, one of these is the shorter route.
Search for the thing you want to make: the card answers with what it needs, where it is made, and whether it is available yet.
Search for a material you are holding, or open the ingredient index, to see every recipe that takes it — including the recipes that accept it as any one of a group.
Open a bench to see every recipe the release records at it, with the count behind each one.
Tell the checker the recipe and it answers what is still standing between you and it. This page stops at what the release records.
Every recipe the release records, one card per thing you can make. Narrow the list by output type, station, profession, ingredient or unlock, then open the recipe you want.

What a card says, and what it deliberately does not, so a requirement cannot be read as something the release did not record.
An ingredient is one of two instructions. A plain line — Copper Bar ×2 — is two Copper Bars. A line marked any of — Celery ×2, any of 4 — is two of any one of those items; the release groups a base material with all of its quality and variant keys, so the count is how many distinct items will do.
A recipe is made at a station, which is a place a player stands: the Forge, the Oven, the Prep Table, the Witching Mortar. When the release records no station, the recipe belongs to a profession instead: Food, Potion, Decorative. The card prints whichever one it has.
An unlock is what the release records and nothing more. Where it says a recipe needs an unlock and does not record the trigger, the card says exactly that and stops — no quest is named, because the release names none.
Ingredients at least 5 recipes share, most used first. Pick one to see every recipe that takes it, or open the item to find where it comes from.

A recipe that accepts any one of a group is listed under the group’s name. Search for a particular fish or cheese to see which groups accept it.
An ingredient accepted as any one of several items has no page of its own; it is the group’s name that is listed here.
The places a player stands and crafts. A recipe is made at one of these, or it belongs to a profession — never both, which is why nothing here is a profession.
Bars, ingots, weapons and tools, all of them smelted or hammered out at the Forge.
The Combine turns what you gather into something else, one batch at a time.
The cooking bench: everything the release files as baked, boiled or roasted.
Rings, necklaces and trinkets, cut and set at the Jeweller’s Bench.
Ingredients prepared before they are cooked — dough, fillets, chopped goods.
The fiddly things: batteries, mechanisms and small parts.
Reagents ground together at the Witching Mortar into potions and powders.
Furniture and larger objects, assembled at the Craftsman’s Bench.
Garden waste and fertiliser, broken down in the Compost bin.
One material in, a different one out. A conversion rather than a craft.
The Coffee Maker brews what the release records it brewing, and nothing else.
What the recipes in this database make, grouped by what the release records about the output. Materials is this page’s word for an output another recipe consumes.
Weapons, armor and accessories the release records a recipe for. Each one opens on its own equipment page rather than an item page.
Recipes the release files as cooking — Food, Juice, and everything made at the Oven.
Recipes whose output another recipe consumes: the bars, ingots and refined goods the rest of the ledger is built from.
What goes through the Grinder and the Coffee Maker — one material in, a different one out.
This page says what the release records about a recipe. When the requirement is a chain — an item you cannot get yet, or a gate you cannot open — the Dependency Checker is the page that answers it.
Every ingredient on a card is a link where the release publishes the item. For a material you only know by sight, the Item Finder takes a name and answers with where it comes from.
The crafting page explains the benches, the upgrades and how the systems fit together. This page answers a narrower question: what does one recipe need.
Playing the original Demo?
This database is built from the Steam release. The archived Demo predates the crafting tables and records no recipes at all, so there is nothing to search there and no archive recipe list to point at. Its item search is the closest entry point the archive has.
